The Hiking Challenge online store sends a confirmation by e-mail as soon as payment has been received
for what was ordered. TheHikingChallenge.com is run by Progress Posters llc.

All products are shipped within 2 days of ordering if everything is in stock.

All orders are distributed by the Post Office and the delivery and transport terms of the Post Office
apply to the delivery of the product. Progress Posters llc is not responsible for any damage that may
occur to products in transit. Our customers also have the opportunity to pick up the products at our
office at X in Delaware during opening hours.

Shipping costs are $7. If you shop for more than $85, shipping costs are waived.

Payment options and order security.

1. We accept (VISA, AMEX, and MASTERCARD) credit cards. When you pay with a credit card, you are
automatically transferred to Stripe’s payment page and enter your card information there.
Progress Posters llc, the operator of thehikingchallenge.com, never sees your card information,
but only receives confirmation that payment has been made.

Price

All prices in the online store are in USD and include value-added tax (VAT) and are
published subject to typing errors and image distortions. thehikingchallenge.com reserves the right to change
prices without notice.

Returns

The buyer can exchange the product within 14 days from the date of purchase for another product,
but then a receipt must be included and the product must be in its original condition. You can also
return the purchased product within 14 days from the date of purchase against a credit note.
The seller only accepts products if they are unused and in their original packaging and condition.
If a payment receipt is not available, the product will be accepted at the price at which it is for
sale at any given time. The customer pays the shipping costs if the product has to be returned.
Shipping costs are not refunded unless it is a defective product. In other respects, reference is
made to the Act on door-to-door and distance sales agreements no. 46/2000 and Act on Consumer
Purchases no. 48/2003.

Warranty terms are according to US consumer law.
